Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached and securely pack them using the original shipping materials if possible.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
